HomeStars Reviews for New Canadian Drain & Plumbing
Our drain in the bathroom sink was clogged and my husband decided to do the plumbing and the snake he used got stuck. So he went to google to find a company. Our last plumbing disaster was solved by another company whose plumber told me, “It doesn’t matter if I am successful or not, it will be $200.).” The issue was something fell into the toilet. It wasn’t the price that bothered me, the fact he was so very rude.
My husband was told by your company that a plumber would be there within an hour last Sunday . Well a few minutes later Keivan showed (I hope I spelled it correctly.). He was friendly, polite, walked us through what he was doing and he stayed longer than ten minutes. I hope I find his business card as I would like to get him again.
Thank you,
Annie and Gerry
Thank you, Annie, for sharing your experience with other homeowners and we appreciate hearing you were satisfied with Keivan’s professional and timely service. It is our team’s pleasure to be able to provide service like the one you experienced. We look forward to assisting you again in the future.

I called “New Canadian Drain & Plumbing” to replace a kitchen faucet which was dripping. Shortly I was called back to schedule the technician visit at my convenience. They sent Nazar. He arrived as scheduled and did an amazing job. He explained what he did and also answered my questions and gave me heads up on a few potential issues that may arise in the future with the kitchen plumbing ( I live in a very old house). I feel grateful and I will definitely keep their number handy. I highly recommend Nazar and this company for any plumbing issues.
We appreciate your comments regarding Nazar’s quick and efficient service. We are happy to hear he was able to assist you in a timely manner. Thank you, Diana, for your review and we hope to help you once more in the future.
Thank you from New Canadian Drain and Plumbing.
We were delighted by Field Manager Shendon Brown’s immediate response and remedial action when we were faced with imminent flooding of the basement due to a root-clogged and collapsed drain. After mitigating the immediate threat, Shendon’s New Canadian Drain crew were almost surgically efficient in the several deep excavation pits inside and outside the house required to remove the compromised drain. Disruption of the front yard was minimal; a couple of shrubs and bushes that needed to be moved were carefully extracted and replaced after project completion.
We also took advantage of the moment to install a back flow preventer and replaced a heavily corroded and deposit=clogged water line. It was a big project but it was completed in short order and with professional skill. We have no hesitation in recommending New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to anyone facing similar challenges.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with fellow homeowners. We are happy to hear that you are satisfied with Shendon’s knowledge and expertise. Please feel free to contact our office anytime and we look forward to working with you again. Until next time, take care.
Thank you from New Canadian Drain and Plumbing.
Exceptional Service and Expertise:
I recently had the pleasure of working with New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Ltd. for a significant drain repair project within my home, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, efficiency, and expertise throughout the entire process.
From the moment I contacted them, Shendon Brown, the Field Manager, impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge. He patiently answered all of my questions and alleviated any concerns I had about the extensive repair work that needed to be done. His proactive approach and quick decision-making were instrumental in ensuring that the project progressed smoothly.
The scope of the job was substantial, requiring the excavation of my entire basement to access the broken clay pipes beneath the house. Despite the daunting nature of the task, Shendon and his team worked tirelessly and efficiently to complete the repairs in a remarkably short amount of time.
What truly sets New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Ltd. apart is their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. During the course of the repair work, Shendon identified an additional issue with my backwater valve, a problem that could have resulted in sewage flooding my basement. Without hesitation, he swiftly organized additional workers to address the issue, effectively averting a potential disaster.
In Shendon’s absence, Vali seamlessly stepped in to oversee the project, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and according to plan. Additionally, Estatsan and Michael were invaluable members of the team, providing assistance and support every step of the way.
Overall, my experience with New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Ltd. was exceptional from start to finish. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer service are truly commendable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing or drain services. Thank you to Shendon, Vali, Estatsan, Michael, and the entire team for a job exceptionally well done!

Absolute professionals and very reasonable rates. I had 2 plumbing issues in a matter of days – unrelated – and Volodymyr was fantastic. His work was done quickly and carefully. He kept the work area around him spotless and cleaned everything prior to leaving. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I can handle most plumbing situations on my own but these required a level of skill that I do not have. They also required tools that I do not have. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend.
Our team is happy to hear that you are pleased with the great customer service Volodymyr provided you when assisting you with your plumbing issue. Thank you, Eric for your recommendation and we look forward to assisting you again in the future.

We first called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing to repair the leaky and seized outdoor and connected indoor faucets and to assess the plumbing situation for the basement bathroom renovation. They responded quickly and Alan An came out, fixed the leaky pipes quickly and efficiently and went out of his way to show us the work and explain what he had done. He also explained what would have to be done for the bathroom renovation. Then Alan and his crew came in to do the whole replacement of damaged pipes and installation of new ones. They were very professional. Alan again went out of his way to explain the whole process and even did some other things for us that were very much appreciated. I highly recommend this company.
