Many people already may be practicing what’s known as social distancing, meaning they’ve stayed home, away from the workplaces, in the interest of preventing COVID-19 from spreading. 

When people stay at home for longer, household systems will be put under more pressure. More people using hot water, spending more electricity, cooking and doing more laundry, using the toilet more, and so on. Here are some tips that can help you and keep your family safe during these strange times:

Emergency preparedness:

1- Make sure that everyone in your household has access to emergency contacts, including family members, friends, or neighbors.
