Samad was very friendly and efficient. He solved my drain problem quickly, and made sure it was working properly before leaving. It was late evening and I appreciated that he was working late to get my kitchen sink useable again.

Easy booking with office staff. Volodymyr came right on time, replaced bathroom taps and recommended other preventative suggestions and left the area clean and disposed of the old parts.

Volodymyr was an exceptional plumber. Fixed all the issues I had with 20 year old pipes. Explained everything he was doing every step of the way and let me watch and ask questions. Thanks for the help

I would recommend this plumbing service. The lady at the front desk is helpful and she assigned the plumber efficiently. Samad helped to unclog the toilet effectively and is very professional. 🙂

I called to schedule an estimate appt at 830am and they sent a technician within 1 hour! My technician B.K. Lee was very professional and friendly and told me exactly what needed to be done + costs and worked on it right away. He was able to adjust my pipe which cut down $100 from the original quote bc I didnt need the extra valve extension which he thought I needed originally! Within the next hour, Lee replaced my parents' old copper pipes in their 100+ year old house and I am a very happy customer! Thank you! : )

Great service from Allan today. Clearly explained the required fix, completed it in short time, double-checked everything was functioning after.

Also explained the charges clearly. Great work.

Samad was professional and proficient in fixing the valve issue I had with the toilet, very helpful gentleman. Charges are too high but thats not the staff or company its Canada, so the service gets 5 star rating.

I needed my main water shutoff replaced and the job had a lot of challenges and delays due to my city water valve and some other issues with the existing valve. The company was patient and when ready, BK completed the job professionally. He was very kind and courteous to our family while competing work.

Samad was very friendly, and happily explained everything he was doing very thoroughly. He made sure to explain the warranty on all things that were done, and explained the final costs in detail. Was very impressed with how quickly they were able to come out and get the job done.

Volodymyr came to the rescue this morning.
One of toilets has a broken valve causing the toilet to run continuously. He arrived promptly when he said he would, was very respectful of our house and was in and out in less than hour. Problem fixed!!! Will definitely be calling New canadian drain & plumbing Ltd. Again in the future. Thank so much Volodymyr!
